Electromechanical Survey Equipment Ramp-Up. The Lessee must ensure that, when technically feasible, a ramp-up of the electromechanical survey equipment occurs at the start or re-start of HRG survey activities. A ramp-up must begin with the power of the smallest acoustic equipment for the HRG survey at its lowest power output. The power output must be gradually increased and other acoustic sources added in such a way that the source level would rise in steps not exceeding 6 dB per 5-minute period.

Electromechanical Survey Equipment Ramp-Up. The Lessee must ensure that, that when technically feasible, a ramp-up of the electromechanical sound source survey equipment occurs at the start or re-start of HRG survey activities. A ramp-up must would begin with the power of the smallest acoustic equipment for the HRG survey at its lowest power output. The power output must would be gradually increased turned up and other acoustic sources added in such a way such that the source level would rise increase in steps not exceeding 6 dB per 5-minute min period.
