Electronic Access Control Systems. (a) Maintains computer based access control system, adds and deletes users, runs audit trails and programs individual access readers and lock sets. (b) Conducts general maintenance on system hardware. (c) Provides direction to outside service contractors for routine and emergency system servicing. 3. General Access Control and Lock Support: (a) Advises regional staff on related specifications for routine replacements and modernization and improvement projects. (b) Supports/troubleshoots with regional staff on routine and special access control issues. (c) Provides general training and information to regional staff on access control topics. (d) Provides/installs miscellaneous door and lock hardware. 4. Administrative Duties: (a) Maintains a central master key system file for all applicable buildings. (b) Processes and prioritizes regional work orders. (c) Orders supplies, completes purchase orders and maintains inventory of parts. (d) Maintains shop equipment and tools.
