Electronic Grievance Forms. V-1 The parties agree to use the electronic version of the (O.N.A. Grievance Form at Appendix 1 of the Hospital Central Agreement). V-2 The parties agree that hard copies of the electronic form are valid for purposes of Article 7 of the Hospital Central Agreement.
