  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS 3.1. Submittal Exchange® (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) shall be used to provide an on-line database and repository, which shall be used to transmit and track project-related documents. The intent for using this service is to expedite the construction process by reducing paperwork, improving information flow, and decreasing submittal review turnaround time.

  • Electronic Payments The Grantee can choose to use electronic funds transfer (EFT) to receive grant payments. All grantees wishing to receive their award through EFT must submit a Vendor Direct Deposit Authorization form (form number DFS-AI-26E, rev 6/2014), incorporated by reference, to the Florida Department of Financial Services. If EFT has already been set up for your organization, you do not need to submit another authorization form unless you have changed bank accounts.   • Electronic Visit Verification ("EVV Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Electronic Payment The Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 requires that all payments except IRS tax refunds be made by Electronic Funds Transfer. It is the policy of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to pay vendors by the Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic funds transfer payment system. The electronic system is known as Vendor Express. Payment shall be made in accordance with FAR 52.232-33, entitled "Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment" . To receive payment, the contractor shall complete the "Company Information" portion of the Standard Form 3881, entitled "ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form" found as an attachment to this document. The contractor shall take the form to the ACH Coordinator at the financial institution that maintains its company's bank account. The contractor shall discuss with the ACH Coordinator how the payment identification information (addendum record) will be passed to them once the payment is received by the financial institution. Further information concerning the addendum is provided at Attachment 2. The ACN Coordinator should fill out the "Financial Institution Information" portion of the form and return it to the Office of the Controller at the following address: Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Accounting and Finance, Financial Operations Section, Mail Stop T-9-H-4, Washington, DC 20555, ATTN: ACH/Vendor Express. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that the financial institution returns the completed form to the above cited NRC address. If the contractor can provide the financial information, signature of the financial institutions ACH Coordinator is not required. The NRC is under no obligation to send reminders. Only after the Office of the Controller has processed the contractor's sign-up form will the contractor be eligible to receive payments. Once electronic funds transfer is established for payments authorized by NRC, the contractor needs to submit an additional SF 3881 only to report changes to the information supplied.   • Electronic Protected Health Information “Electronic Protected Health Information” means individually identifiable health information that is transmitted by or maintained in electronic media.

  • ’s Discount and Electronic Access The Author, or each co-author, is entitled to purchase for their personal use the Work and other books published by the Publisher at a discount of 40% off the list price, for as long as there is a contractual arrangement between the Author and the Publisher and subject to any applicable book price law or regulation. The copies must be ordered from the affiliated entity of the Publisher (Springer Nature Customer Service Center GmbH or Springer Nature Customer Service Center LLC, respectively). Resale of such copies is not permitted. It may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx. We will notify your electronic Xxxxxx(s) as to the change in status of your account and it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements for an alternative form of bill delivery. We will not be responsible for presenting any electronic bills that are already in process at the time of cancellation.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.
