Electronic Personal Development / E-Performance (E. P.D.) When the Employer requires employees to self-evaluate themselves via E-Performance, each employee will be provided with paid work time, space, computer access and any other needed resources, all as reasonably necessary to complete the evaluation. Employees who need unique arrangements to complete their self-evaluation should make necessary arrangements with their supervisor and/or Human Resources.
