USF Dining is not responsible for any meals missed due to lost or stolen USF ID Cards. You may be eligible for a temporary card issued by the Meal Plan Office located in the MSC room 1502. If this Agreement is executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which will be deemed to be one instrument. To expedite the process of entering into this Agreement, the Parties acknowledge that Transmitted Copies of the Agreement will be equivalent to original documents until such time as original documents are completely executed and delivered. “Transmitted Copies” will mean copies that are reproduced or transmitted via photocopy, facsimile or other process of complete and accurate reproduction and transmission.
