Element C2 - Components. The Offeror shall identify the manufacturers (and their location) for all critical components, materials and subassemblies required to manufacture the CWB, as well as project the availability of these critical items to meet the Maximum Order Quantity (as defined in the Total Evaluated Price attachment), throughout the base period of the contract.

Element C2 - Components. The Government shall evaluate the identification of critical components for their potential impact on meeting the manufacturing delivery requirements, the number of potential sources of supply, if the sources are domestically sources and their potential for becoming obsolete. Outstanding There are multiple sources of supply for all critical components, each of which have been identified and at least one for each item is domestically sourced and are projected to be available throughout the projected life of the contract. Good Multiple sources for the majority of the critical components have been identified, some of which may be domestically sourced and some are projected to be available past the base years of the contract. Acceptable At least one manufacturer has been identified for all critical components and are projected to be available through the base years of the contract. Marginal All critical components have been identified but at least one is projected to not be available thought the base years of the contract Unacceptable Some of the critical components do have a source or supply or will not be available through the base years of the contract.

  • Program Components Activities and services delivered under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities, as defined in Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf) as well as with public health accountability outcome and process metrics (if applicable) as follows:

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.

  • Third Party Components The Products and Services may contain third party components (including open source software) subject to separate license agreements. To the limited extent a third party license expressly supersedes this XXXX, such third party license governs Customer’s use of that third party component.

  • OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components is available upon request. Except for components mentioned in the section EXCLUSIONS below, the warranty and indemnification provided by DS under the Agreement apply to all open source software components and shall be provided by DS and not by the original licensor, but only for the use of the DS Offerings that is in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, and in conjunction with the DS Offerings. The original licensors of said open source software components provide them on an “as is” basis and without any liability whatsoever to Customer.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

  • Separation of Components The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
