Common use of Eleven Month Employees Clause in Contracts

Eleven Month Employees. A. Employees employed on an eleven month basis shall be granted nine (9) days of vacation per year. If such employees are employed for less than a full year, they shall be granted seven and one-half (7.5) days' vacation for the first nine (9) months of employment and five-sixths (5/6ths) additional day of vacation for each additional month of employment, not to exceed a maximum of nine (9) days’ vacation.
