Ten Years Service. Any participant with a minimum of ten years of continuous service and whose employment is terminated prior to the date he becomes eligible for retirement benefits under section 2-326, 2-327, 2-328 or 2-332, upon attaining the age of 65 years, shall be eligible for retirement benefits under the provisions of section 2-330, upon application to the pension board of trustees. The form of the benefit will be based on the formula which was in effect at the time of termination.
Ten Years Service a) Employees with ten (10) or more years’ continuous service shall receive four (4) weeks’ vacation with vacation pay based on the greater of eight percent (8%) of the wages or salary earned during the year of entitlement, or one hundred and sixty (160) hours at the hourly rate of the employee’s regular job. b) The additional one (1) week will be taken when convenient for the company, but does not have to be consecutive with the vacation period provided for in Sections 1 and 2 herein.

  • Years of Service A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Credited Service In addition to Current Credited Service the Adopting Employer may include as Credited Service the following types of service:

  • Period of Continuous Service Period of Notice Up to 1 Year 1 Week More than 1 Year but less than 3 Years 2 Weeks More than 3 Years but less than 5 Years 3 Weeks More than 5 Years 4 Weeks

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Continuous Service The Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Article IV, Section 4) in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Salary Rate Upon Employment The hiring rate of pay for a new employee shall not be higher than the rate of pay for an existing employee in the same classification with similar work experience, training and education.

  • EXTENDED SERVICE 156 Upon application, a military leave of absence (without pay) will be granted to employees who are employed in other than temporary positions. This applies to employees who are inducted through a selective service system or voluntary enlistment, or if the employee is called through membership in the National Guard or reserve component into the Armed Forces of the United States.

  • Expiration of Employment Period If Executive’s employment shall be terminated due to the normal expiration of the Employment Period, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to Executive, other than for payment of Accrued Obligations and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits.
