Eligibility and Rate of Leave Accrual. All employees in the bargaining unit shall be entitled to earn and accrue annual leave. Employees begin to accrue leave immediately upon employment. Annual leave shall be earned as follows: An employee's annual leave pay will be based on the employee's bi-weekly pay rate in effect at the end of the pay roll period completed just prior to the beginning of annual leave.
