Eligibility for Benefit Plans other than the Pension Plan All academic staff members with term, tenure-track or tenured appointments (whether full-time or reduced) of a duration of four months or more shall be entitled to the benefits described in sections 23.5.3 to 23.5.7.

New full time employees .shall become eligible upon completion of hours of service.
