PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES 17.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of their duties, the employee shall, to the extent that they are required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages for the remainder of their shift. If it is necessary, the Employer will provide or arrange for, suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the site and/or to the employee’s home as necessary.
Eligibility for Membership Membership in the Sick Leave Bank shall be extended to any certificated employee of the School District who has accumulated one (1) day of personal sick leave as defined by Idaho Code 33-1216 and 33-1217.
ELIGIBILITY FOR COVERAGE Any employee and the dependents of an employee who meet and continue to meet the eligibility requirements described in this Contract, will be entitled to apply for coverage under this Contract. These eligibility requirements are binding upon you and your eligible dependents. We may require acceptable documentation that an individual meets and continues to meet the eligibility requirements (e.g. proof of residency, copies of a court order naming the Subscriber as legal guardian, or appropriate adoption documentation, as described in Part IV. ENROLLMENT AND EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE).
Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available. An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.
Eligibility for Pay An employee granted military leave for emergency National Guard duty is entitled to receive regular University pay for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days in any one (1) fiscal year. An employee is eligible for pay regardless of the length of University service, and such pay is in addition to any University payment for temporary military leave for active-duty training, extended military leave, and military leave for physical examinations.
