Eligibility for Sick Leave. Each full-time, (part-time prorated) employee in the bargaining unit is eligible to accrue sick leave starting with the first working day of the first full calendar month after date of commencement of employment in the Branch. The Chief Court Administrator or a designee may establish regulations concerning the accrual, prorating, and granting of sick leave with pay for employees of the Judicial Branch who hold part-time positions.
