Common use of Eligible Aggrieved Employees Clause in Contracts

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist of all individuals employed as non-exempt employees by Defendant within California from December 4, 2019 to September 15, 2021 (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that payment shall consist of all individuals employed as hourly-paid or non-exempt employees by who worked for Defendant within the State of California during the PAGA Period from December 4April 6, 2019 to September 15through June 1, 2021 (“PAGA Timeframe”)2021.

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist of all individuals employed by Defendant as non-exempt employees by Defendant within in California at any time from December 4April 15, 2019 to September through October 15, 2021 (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist consists of all individuals employees who are or previously were employed by Defendant within the State of California and who were classified as non-exempt employees by Defendant within California from December 4, 2019 to September 15during the period of March 31, 2021 (“PAGA Timeframe”)to April 29, 2022.

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist consists of all individuals employed as noncurrent and former hourly-paid or non- exempt employees by (whether hired directly or through staffing agencies) of Defendant within the State of California during the period from January 20, 2022, to December 431, 2019 to September 15, 2021 2022 (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist of Payment, who are all individuals employed as current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees by of Defendant within the State of California at any time during the period from December 4January 30, 2019 to September 152022, 2021 through March 27, 2023 or preliminary approval, whichever is sooner (“PAGA TimeframePeriod”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist of all individuals employed as non-exempt employees by Defendant Defendants within California from December 4July 17, 2019 to September 15April 22, 2021 2022 (“PAGA TimeframePeriod”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist of all individuals employed as non-exempt employees by Defendant within California from December 4May 14, 2019 to September 152020, 2021 through February 16, 2022 (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist of all individuals employed as current and former non-exempt employees by Defendant within who worked at least one pay period for Defendants in California at any time during the period from December 4July 31, 2019 2019, to September 15February 10, 2021 2022, or through the date the Court enters the order granting approval of the PAGA settlement, whichever occurs first (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the employee portion of the PAGA Payment that consist consists of all individuals employed as non-exempt employees by Defendant within California from December 4June 8, 2019 to September 152019, through August 31, 2021 (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that payment shall consist of all individuals employed as non-exempt employees hourly workers by Defendant Defendants within the State of California from December October 4, 2019 to September 152017 through May 16, 2021 (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA Payment that consist of all individuals employed as California non-exempt employees by of Defendant within California at any time during the period from June 9, 2019, to December 4, 2019 to September 1531, 2021 (“PAGA Timeframe”).
