Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA payment shall consist of all hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant within the State of California during the PAGA Period from April 6, 2019 through June 1, 2021.

The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA payment shall Payment that consist of all hourly-paid or current and former non-exempt employees who worked at least one pay period for Defendant within the State of Defendants in California at any time during the period from July 31, 2019, to February 10, 2022, or through the date the Court enters the order granting approval of the PAGA Period from April 6settlement, 2019 through June 1, 2021whichever occurs first (“PAGA Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA payment shall consist Payment that consists of all current and former hourly-paid or non-non- exempt employees who worked for (whether hired directly or through staffing agencies) of Defendant within the State of California during the period from January 20, 2022, to December 31, 2022 (“PAGA Period from April 6, 2019 through June 1, 2021Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA payment shall consist Payment that consists of all hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who worked for are or previously were employed by Defendant within the State of California and who were classified as non-exempt employees during the PAGA Period from period of March 31, 2021 to April 629, 2019 through June 1, 20212022.

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA payment shall consist of all hourly-paid or individuals employed as non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant hourly workers by Defendants within the State of California during the from October 4, 2017 through May 16, 2021 (“PAGA Period from April 6, 2019 through June 1, 2021Timeframe”).

Eligible Aggrieved Employees. The aggrieved employees eligible to recover the PAGA payment shall consist of Payment, who are all current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who worked for of Defendant within the State of California at any time during the period from January 30, 2022, through March 27, 2023 or preliminary approval, whichever is sooner (“PAGA Period from April 6, 2019 through June 1, 2021Period”).
