Common use of Eligible Casual Employee means an Employee employed by the Employer Clause in Contracts

Eligible Casual Employee means an Employee employed by the Employer. in casual employment on a regular and systematic basis for a sequence of periods of employment during a period of at least 12 months and who has, but for the birth or expected birth of a Child or the decision to adopt a Child, a reasonable expectation of continuing engagement by the Employer on a regular and systematic basis.
