Wages and Wage Increases. 28.1 Weekly rates of pay prescribed by this Agreement will be increased by the amounts set out below:
(a) 3.25% effective from the FFPPOA 4 August 2016;

(a) 2% backdated to FFPPOA 1 March 2022;
(b) 2% effective from FFPPOA 1 March 2023;
(c) 2% effective from FFPPOA 1 March 2024; and
(d) 2% effective from FFPPOA 1 March 2025.
28.2 The rates as amended by this Agreement are set out at Appendix 2 of this Agreement.
28.3 The above rates of pay will only come into operation on the approval of this Agreement by the Commission in accordance with the Act.
28.4 To reduce the likelihood of undertakings required to be given to the Commission, some rates of pay have had additional minor increases applied to them above the Award wage. These are identified in Appendix 2 of the Agreement with an asterisk symbol.

Wages and Wage Increases. 3.1.1 Wage rates applicable under this Agreement are contained in Schedule A. The commencing pay rates are attached at ‘Schedule 1’ and will be paid from the first full pay period after commencement of this Agreement.
3.1.2 The rates of pay for all SOEs contained in Schedule A shall be increased as follows: Wage increases determined by the Australian Fair Pay Commission Where a decision of the AFPC results in an hourly increase to the APCS this Agreement shall adopt and apply those increases as specified. An increase under this clause shall not be applied to any other separately identified amount in this Agreement.

Wages and Wage Increases. 12.1 Full-time and Part-time Employees
Wages and Wage Increases a) Effective as of March 1, 1997, there shall be a general wage increase of $20.00 per week for all associates currently covered by this Agreement.
b) Effective as of March 1, 1998, there shall be a general wage increase of $17.00 per week for all associates hired prior to March 1, 1997.
c) Effective as of March 1, 1999, there shall be a general wage increase of $17.00 per week for all associates hired before March 1, 1997.
d) Effective as of March 1, 1998 there shall be a general wage increase of $6.00 per week for those associates hired on March 1, 1997 and thereafter.
e) Effective as of March 1, 1999 there shall be a general wage increase of $6.00 per week for those associates hired on March 1, 1997 and thereafter.
f) Associates who shall not actually be working as of or on the effective date of the wage increase provided herein shall be entitled to receive such increase on their return or recall to work.
g) Increases in wages granted by virtue of this Agreement shall be given to the associates on dates specified herein over and above any increases in wages decreed by New York State and/or Federal Agencies having jurisdiction thereof during the terms of this Agreement.
Wages and Wage Increases. 20.1 The minimum base rates of pay for employees covered by this Agreement are as set out in Table 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
20.2 To avoid doubt, where any provisions of this Agreement refers to an employee's weekly rate (e.g. redundancy pay), such weekly rates shall be determined by reference to Table 1 set out in Schedule 1. The hourly rate shall be calculated by dividing the applicable weekly rate for the employee's classification by 38.
20.3 Table 1 in Schedule 1 sets out the pay rates over the life of the Agreement for employees. Wage increases shall be payable on the first full pay period on or after 15 November each year in accordance with the Table. In the case of the first wage increase, the increase shall be payable on the first full pay period on or after the Agreement commences operation after approval by the Fair Work Commission (however, back dated to 15 November 2023).
Wages and Wage Increases. 17.1 The minimum wage rates for Employees shall be as prescribed in Schedule A. All new Employees will be advised on their commencement of employment their classification, rate of pay and roster.
17.2 Employees will effectively receive a 1% wage increase to base salary to move from the 48 hour week previously in place.
17.3 Upon certification of this agreement, the annualised hourly rate in place prior to the agreement will become the new base hourly rate. All parties agree that this equals a 3% increase to base salary.
17.4 In year 2, wage increases will be paid to employees as a 3.5% increase to the base salary on the anniversary of the agreement and paid on the first full pay period on or after the anniversary date.
