Trainee Supervision Clause Samples

The Trainee Supervision clause establishes the requirement for oversight and guidance of trainees by qualified personnel within an organization or program. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for supervising trainees, the extent of supervision required, and any reporting or evaluation mechanisms that must be followed. For example, it may specify that trainees must be directly supervised during certain tasks or that supervisors must regularly review trainee progress. The core function of this clause is to ensure that trainees receive appropriate support and oversight, thereby maintaining quality standards and minimizing risks associated with inexperience.
