Eligible Customer. (i) Any electric utility (including any Transmission Owner and any power marketer), Federal power marketing agency, or any person generating electric energy for sale for resale is an Eligible Customer under the Tariff. Electric energy sold or produced by such entity may be electric energy produced in the United States, Canada or Mexico. However, with respect to transmission service that the Commission is prohibited from ordering by Section 212(h) of the Federal Power Act, such entity is eligible only if the service is provided pursuant to a state requirement that the Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner offer the unbundled transmission service, or pursuant to a voluntary offer of such service by a Transmission Owner. (ii) Any retail customer taking unbundled transmission service pursuant to a state requirement that the Transmission Provider or a Transmission Owner offer the transmission service, or pursuant to a voluntary offer of such service by a Transmission Owner, is an Eligible Customer under the Tariff. As used in Part VI, Eligible Customer shall mean only those Eligible Customers that have submitted a Completed Application.

Pursuant to a voluntary offer by the Transmission Provider, a retail customer of a distribution utility taking unbundled transmission service pursuant to a state retail access program (or taking unbundled transmission service as offered service by its distribution utility) or any Federal entity eligible under law to purchase Federal power is an Eligible Customer under the Tariff. iii. A direct service industry to which the Bonneville Power Administration is authorized to sell power under the Pacific Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation Act shall be an Eligible Customer under the Tariff.
Eligible Customer. Any customer who has purchased VTSL VoIP services from VTSL or a VTSL partner with a minimum 1 year term commitment and is in full compliance with the terms of its VTSL VoIP service contract and meets any specific eligibility criteria set forth in the particular service commitment

Eligible Customer. “Eligible Customer” means, collectively, the Client, Affiliates of Client and other entities, including public, quasi-public or private entities whom Client deems as entitled to receive the Services under this Agreement.
Eligible Customer. A resident in a participating Utility service territory who occupies an existing single-family residential (Domestic Rate) or multi-unit dwelling or mobile home, or is the owner or authorized representative of existing multifamily housing and who may qualify-for the 2002 Statewide Residential Appliance Recycling Program. Eligible Customers include customers who reside in a participating Utility service territory but who take distribution services from an entity other than a participating Utility. (See Section 7 of this Agreement.)

Eligible Customers include customers who reside in the Southern Territory but who take distribution services from an entity other than SCE or SDG&E. (See Section 7 of this Agreement.)
