Common use of Eligible List Clause in Contracts

Eligible List. The Commission shall establish an eligible list ranking members in the order of their final examination scores. The list shall be established within thirty (30) days of the oral board. The list shall be transmitted by the Commission to the Mayor. This eligible list shall be in effect for a one (1) year period after the oral board.
