Email Account. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the email address and email account given by the Company is to be used for work related correspondence. The Executive further acknowledges and agrees that all information or messages that are created, sent, received or stored on the Company's email system, including any such information or messages created, sent, received or stored under the Executive's email account, are at all times the sole property of the Company. Upon any termination of the Executive's employment hereunder and at all times thereafter, the Company will not be obligated to forward any of the emails to the Executive.
