Extra Charge definition

Extra Charge means a charge in accordance with Pentana Solutions' standard rates on a time and materials basis plus Travel Expenses, in cases where additional products or services have been requested over and above those specified in the SLA; Force Majeure means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties that results in a Party being unable to observe or perform on time an obligation under this Agreement. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
Extra Charge has the meaning set out in clause 4.3;

Examples of Extra Charge in a sentence

  • Pentana Solutions may make an Extra Charge in respect of any such demonstration.

More Definitions of Extra Charge

Extra Charge means any consumer charge listed or requested by the dealer for the purchase of a new or used motor vehicle which is not included in the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for that vehicle. Some examples are the following charges that are typically not listed on a “Monroney sticker” (the manufacturer’s suggested retail price sticker): handling charges, floor planning costs, dealer installed options, charges for preparing documents or other dealer preparation services.

Extra Charge means the revenue gained from the collection of customs duties and transferred to the State Budget. No tax was meant here.
