Additional Increases. An employee shall be eligible for an annual increase as of July 1, pursuant to the provisions in Article 8. All increases will occur annually unless leave without pay (excluding military leave) exceeds thirty (30) days in a fiscal year. Employees with leaves of absence without pay in excess of thirty (30) days per fiscal year will have their annual increase prorated to reflect the actual number of months in paid status during the evaluation period.
Additional Increases a. In fiscal year 2023-24, all unit members shall receive a base salary increase of 2%. This increase shall be applied to the salary schedule after the COLA % increase on July 1, 2023 and shall be in effect on July 1, 2023. The new salary shall be calculated by multiplying the current base salary by 2% and rounding up to the nearest dollar.
Additional Increases. 5.1.3 Additional variable wage increases above the guaranteed minimum in 5.1.2 will be based on collaborative employee contribution meeting agreed annual objectives to improve RIG’s performance, productivity and other relevant outcomes. Progression through pay points
Additional Increases. An employee is eligible for consideration for an additional increase at the end of twelve months continuous service following the last in-range increase on the first payroll period following the anniversary date.
Additional Increases. The District will allocate a percentage equaling 2.0% for fiscal year 2023-24, 1.0% for fiscal year 2024-25, and 1.0% for fiscal year 2025-26, as increases to the base salary. This will apply to all elements of the salary schedule including steps, attendance incentive, career increments and longevity, and differentials.
Additional Increases. 23.X4 Campuses may award salary increases from campus funds for increased responsibilities, enhanced or additional skills, in recognition of extraordinary performance, for market or pay equity reasons, or for retention. These awards may also be requested by the employee. The employee will be informed when the request has been received and if the request is granted. Awards may not be based in any part, directly or indirectly, upon success in securing enrollments or the award of financial aid. In no case may an additional increase cause an employee’s salary rate to exceed the top step of the employee’s classification. Such awards are at the discretion of the President and shall not be subject to Article 10, Grievance Procedure.

Additional Increases. For the 2015-16 school year, the District shall provide a total annual health benefit subsidy of $750 (to be paid in monthly installments) for any employee participating in a DPS medical plan. In addition, DPS shall match the first $250 contributed to a Health Savings Account (HSA) for each employee who converts from a DPS HMO health plan in 2014-15 to a DPS health plan with an HSA for 2015-16.
