EMC System. With respect to any transaction for which HHS has established a standard under the Transactions Rule, the parties shall conduct the transaction as a Standard Transaction. To the extent not inconsistent with the applicable standard under the Transactions Rule, the parties shall conduct all such transactions in accordance with the applicable Companion Guide. With respect to any transaction for which HHS has not established a standard pursuant to the Transactions Rule, the parties shall conduct the transaction in accordance with the applicable Companion Guide.
