Emergency Alert Systems. Grantee shall comply with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding emergency alert systems, including equipment standards and procedures for alerting capacities. The City may identify authorized emergency officials for activating the emergency alert system. The City may also develop a local plan containing methods of emergency alert system message distribution, subject to applicable federal and state laws.
Emergency Alert Systems. The Products are not intended to be used in place of an emergency alert system. In the event of an emergency, immediately contact the appropriate emergency services and follow their instructions. Appspace shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any damage, harm, or loss incurred as a result of, the use of, or reliance on the Products during an emergency.
