Common use of EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY. Employees who are called back to work after completion of their regular shift, will be paid four (4) hours pay at straight time or at the rate of time and a half for hours worked, whichever is the greater. Employees on a call back must check with the supervisor on duty before leaving the plant and must accept all legitimate work assignments.
