Common use of EMERGENCY EVACUATION POLICY Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY EVACUATION POLICY. Residents are required to follow the evacuation procedures posted in each residence building in event of a fire alarm or other emergency, unless otherwise noted. Failure to follow evacuation procedures may endanger the safety of residents and is prohibited. Use of elevators is prohibited in emergency fire situations.
