Common use of Emergency Hospital Admissions Clause in Contracts

Emergency Hospital Admissions. If you are admitted to the Hospital you or someone on your behalf must notify us within 48 hours of your admission, or as soon as it is reasonably possible. If you are admitted to a non-Participating Hospital, we may require that at you be moved to a Participating Hospital as soon as your condition permits.
