Pharmacy care. We will provide coverage for prescription drugs to treat autism spectrum disorder that are prescribed by a provider legally authorized to prescribe under title eight of the Education Law. Our coverage of such prescription drugs is subject to all the terms, provisions, and limitations that apply to prescription drug benefits under your Contract. We will not provide coverage for any services or treatment set forth above when such services or treatment are provided pursuant to an individualized education plan under the Education Law.   • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.
