EMERGENCY LEAVE FOR FAMILY ILLNESS. In the case of illness of a spouse (including common-law relations), son, daughter, father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, grandparent, she/he shall be entitled, after notifying her/his supervisors, to use up to a maximum of three (3) days paid leave, to be deducted against the teacher‘s sick leave, at any one time for this purpose.
