Emergency Recalls. Notwithstanding the above, compensation for emergency recalls, including emergency FIMT deployments, emergency Incident Management Team (IMT) deployments, and Department-approved overhead deployments, shall be paid by cash payment only at one and one-half times the regular rate of compensation for each hour worked, regardless of the number of hours worked in the work period.
