Emergency Response Costs. The Company will pay on behalf of the insured, emergency response costs incurred by or on behalf of the insured in response to a pollution condition or an imminent and substantial threat to human health or the environment, that first commenced on or after the Retroactive Date shown in the policy schedule, provided the emergency response costs be incurred within seventy-two (72) hours of the commencement of such pollution conditions, and reported to the Company within ten (10) days of the commencement of such pollution conditions.
