Pollution Condition definition

Pollution Condition means the actual or alleged discharge, dispersal, release or escape of smoke, vapors, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, toxic chemicals, liquids or gases, waste materials or other irritants, contaminants or pollutants into or upon land, the atmosphere or any watercourse or body of water, which results in Bodily Injury, Property Damage or Cleanup Costs.

Pollution Condition means the emission, discharge, dispersal, release or escape of any “pollutant” into or upon land, or any structure on land, the atmosphere or any watercourse or body of water, provided such “pollutants” are not naturally present in the environment in the concentration or amounts discovered. The entirety of any such emission, discharge, dispersal, release or escape shall be deemed to be one “pollution condition”. A related series of emissions, discharges, dispersals, releases or escapes of “pollutants” shall be deemed to be one “pollution condition”.
