Emergency Telephone service. KSC will provide emergency telephone service (elevators) from the Main Distribution Frame (MFD) in the ATCT Comm room to the PSCC (Protective Services Control Center). SPFL is responsible from the Main Distribution Frame to the telephone end instrument. Paging & Area Warning KSC will provide the all area warning-paging signal (low-level analog audio signal on copper twisted pair) on the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) at the SLF Property. SPFL is responsible from the MDF for paging distribution within the facility, including permanently affixed outside paging speakers.

Emergency Telephone service. The parties hereto agree that the Authority shall be empowered with the authority to contract for the installation and operation of an emergency telephone service and may pay such costs by collecting an emergency telephone charge for such service in the service area which is within the jurisdiction and authorized by this Intergovernmental Agreement and by ordinance or resolution of the respective parties hereto. The Authority is hereby authorized to collect an emergency telephone charge up to the amount authorized by state statute, C.R.S. 00-00-000, et. seq., without Public Utility Commission approval, upon each exchange access facility and each wireless communications access in those portions of the service area for which emergency telephone service is to be provided. The funds so collected shall be spent solely to pay for the cost of equipment and installation thereof and monthly recurring charges of service suppliers and basic emergency service providers for the emergency telephone service; reimbursement of the cost of the wireless carriers and basic emergency service providers for equipment changes necessary for the provision or transmission of the wireless automatic location identification or wireless automatic number identification to a public safety answering point when such services become available; other costs directly related to the continued operation of the emergency telephone service; and for personnel expenses necessarily incurred for a public safety answering point, all as provided in 00-00-000, C.R.S. Funds collected from the charges imposed shall be credited to a cash fund, apart from the general fund of any of the public agency parties under this Intergovernmental Agreement. Any monies remaining in such cash fund at the end of any physical year shall remain therein for payments during any succeeding year. If the emergency telephone service is discontinued, monies remaining in the fund after all payments to the service suppliers, basic emergency service providers, all equipment suppliers, and other purposes authorized herein, shall be transferred to the general fund of each public agency party under this Intergovernmental Agreement proportionately. In addition, the Authority may do any other act as may be necessary for the continued operation of the emergency telephone service, including, specifically, the ability to negotiate with equipment vendors and service suppliers for the purpose of obtaining the benefit of technological developmen...

  • Telephone Service Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary:

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Emergency Service Leave ‌ Where employees' services are required for emergency operations by request from the Provincial Emergency Program or appropriate police authority, leave from work as required may be granted without loss of basic pay.
