Empanelment for Polytrauma. Provider shall have Emergency Room setup with round the clock dedicated duty doctor. Provider shall have round the clock anesthetist services. Provider shall provide round the clock services of Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic Surgeon, CT Surgeon and General Surgeon, Vascular Surgeon and other support specialists like Physiotherapists etc. Provider shall have dedicated round the clock Emergency theatre, surgical ICU, post- op setup with qualified staff. Provider shall provide necessary diagnostic support round the clock, including specialized investigations such as CT, MRI and emergency biochemical investigations. Provider shall have in place all necessary infrastructure required for preauthorization round the clock, refer ANNEXURE-VI.

Provider shall provide necessary diagnostic support round the clock, including specialized investigations such as CT, MRI and emergency biochemical investigations at the rates specified by the Trust from time to time. Provider shall have in place all necessary infrastructures required for preauthorization round the clock, referred to at ANNEXURE-IV.
