Provider shall provide round the clock services of Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic Surgeon, Cardiothoracic Surgeon and General Surgeon, Vascular Surgeon and other support specialists. Provider shall have dedicated round the clock Emergency theatre, surgical ICU, post-operative setup with qualified staff. Provider shall provide necessary diagnostic support round the clock, including specialized investigations such as CT, MRI and emergency biochemical investigations at the rates specified by the Trust from time to time. Provider shall have in place all necessary infrastructures required for preauthorization round the clock, referred to at ANNEXURE-IV.

  • Reimbursement for Expenses of a Witness or in Response to a Subpoena Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, to the extent that Indemnitee, by reason of his or her Corporate Status, (i) is a witness in any Proceeding to which Indemnitee is not a party and is not threatened to be made a party or (ii) receives a subpoena with respect to any Proceeding to which Indemnitee is not a party and is not threatened to be made a party, the Company shall reimburse Indemnitee for all Expenses actually and reasonably incurred by him or her or on his or her behalf in connection therewith.

  • Payment for period of leave 30.9.1. Each employee before going on leave shall be paid the amount of wage he/she would have received in respect of the ordinary time which he/she would have worked had he/she not been on leave during the relevant periods. For the purpose of this clause and 29.1 wages shall be at the rate prescribed by the relevant part of Schedule 3 for the classification in which the employee was ordinarily employed immediately prior to the commencement of his/her leave.

  • Optional Mediation The Parties may mutually agree to non-binding mediation: (a) If the grievance is not resolved at Step 3, either Party may request that a Mediator be appointed to meet with the Parties, investigate and define the issues in dispute and facilitate a resolution. (b) The Mediator shall be appointed by mutual agreement between the Parties. (c) The purpose of the Mediator's involvement in the grievance process is to assist the Parties in reaching a resolution of the dispute, and anything said, proposed, generated or prepared for the purpose of trying to achieve a settlement is to be considered privileged and will not be used for any other purpose. (d) The expenses of the Mediator shall be equally borne by both Parties. (e) The grievance may be resolved by mutual agreement between the Parties.

  • Orders and Payment for Shares Orders for Shares shall be directed to the Fund's shareholder services agent, for acceptance on behalf of the Fund.   • Payment for Reactive Power NYISO shall pay Developer for reactive power or voltage support service that Developer provides from the Large Generating Facility in accordance with the provisions of Rate Schedule 2 of the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Contract Amount and Payment for Services The total amount of this Contract shall not exceed $436,091.00, as provided for in Attachment B – Budget.
