ROLE OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION IN CONDUCTING THE CAMPS. The following steps may be taken by the District Administration for the successful conduct of the camps: Spreading awareness on the camps through all possible means. All public representatives including Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, ZP chairperson, and all people’s representatives may be informed of camp schedule in advance so that they may participate in medical camps. The camp can be inaugurated by local MLA or by other people’s representative depending on availability. Some time the camp can be earmarked for inauguration. Drinking water for beneficiaries may be arranged through Panchayath Secretaries and Arogyamitras. Minimum facilities like drinking water and food for doctors and staff participating in the camp may be arranged through the Arogyamitras or the local Medical Officers. The cost of this will be borne by the Network Hospital. Medical Officers in the nearby PHCs and government hospitals shall attend camps for general check-up. In camps where only one network hospital is participating two medical officers shall be deputed and where two network hospitals are participating four medical officers shall be deputed. The beneficiaries referred from the camps shall be followed up to report to the network hospital. The Arogyamitras (minimum two per camp if one network hospital is participating and four per camp if two network hospitals are participating) shall ensure referral cards are given to the referred beneficiaries in the camp with details of date of reporting to the hospital, place of appointment, name of consultant and mobile number of Network Hospital Arogyamitras. The District Coordinator of the ISA shall speak to the VAMCCO of the Network Hospital and ensure that all the activities mentioned above are taking place in time and as planned. The details of Medical Officers and Arogyamitras participated in the camps shall be given to the VAMCCO. The following are more specific roles and responsibilities of the local health care officials: DHO: Shall be overall supervising officer of health camp activities in the district. Shall provide support to the Network Hospital and the staff of the Health Camp to carryout effective services in the area. Shall be responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the Health Camp as and when required. Shall be responsible to take appropriate action in case of any medical emergencies and out breaks in the area of operation.   • RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISTRICT It shall be the duty of District to:

However, the Manager or the Institution may contact the Primary or Secondary Contact at any time and for any purpose, including, without limitation, to advise them of (i) any accident or injury to the Resident, (ii) overdue financial payments, (iii) termination of this Agreement, and/or (iv) any situation where the Resident may cause harm to themselves or to another, or (v) if the Resident is placed on Residence Probation or issued any behavioural contract or Eviction by the Manager. The Manager or the Institution may disclose the Resident’s personal information in such communications, and the Resident hereby consents to this disclosure.

  • Districts Responsibilities 1. The DISTRICT shall provide to the ARCHITECT information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT’s objectives, schedule, and budget constraints, as well as any other criteria provided by the DISTRICT.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).

Contractor shall permit the Lead State, a Participating Entity, a Purchasing Entity, the federal government (including its grant awarding entities and the U.S. Comptroller General), and any other duly authorized agent of a governmental agency, to audit, inspect, examine, copy and/or transcribe Contractor's books, documents, papers and records directly pertinent to this Master Agreement or orders placed by a Purchasing Entity under it for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. This right shall survive for a period of five (5) years following termination of this Agreement or final payment for any order placed by a Purchasing Entity against this Agreement, whichever is later, or such longer period as is required by the Purchasing Entity’s state statutes, to assure compliance with the terms hereof or to evaluate performance hereunder.
