Employee Access to Personnel Records. 1. Employees may have access to their personnel records in accordance with current University policy which is in compliance with the Personnel Records Review Act, 820 ILCS 40/. An employee can make a written request to Human Resources for all or any part of his or her personnel record except as excluded by the Act.
