Employee Access Employees are entitled to read and review their personnel file and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall be entitled to inspect their performance evaluations, written censures, letters of reprimand, and other adverse reports. Upon request, employees shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents. The Employer further agrees that no personal files or documents on employees shall be kept outside of the personnel file, apart from payroll or health services files.

Former Employer Information I agree that I will not, during my employment with the Company, improperly use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer or other person or entity and that I will not bring onto the premises of the Company any unpublished document or proprietary information belonging to any such employer, person or entity unless consented to in writing by such employer, person or entity.
Supported Employment Reporting After the DORS consumer has completed the first month of Supported Employment job coaching and monthly thereafter, LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES shall complete the Employment Service Progress Form (Attachment D). The Form is required each month whether LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES is sending an invoice to DORS or not.
Post-Employment Activities 7.1 For a period of one (1) year after the termination or expiration, for any reason, of your employment with the Company hereunder, absent the Board of Directors' prior written approval, you will not directly or indirectly engage in activities similar to those described in Section 4.2, nor render services similar or reasonably related to those which you shall have rendered hereunder to, any person or entity whether now existing or hereafter established which directly competes with (or proposes or plans to directly compete with) the Company ("Direct Competitor") in the same or similar business. Nor shall you entice, induce or encourage any of the Company's other employees to engage in any activity which, were it done by you, would violate any provision of the Confidential Information Agreement or this Section 7. As used in this Agreement, the term "any line of business engaged in or under demonstrable development by the Company" shall be applied as at the date of termination of your employment, or, if later, as at the date of termination of any post-employment consultation. 7.2 For a period of one (1) year after the termination of your employment with the Company, the provisions of Section 4.2 shall be applicable to you and you shall comply therewith. 7.3 No provision of this Agreement shall be construed to preclude you from performing the same services which the Company hereby retains you to perform for any person or entity which is not a Direct Competitor of the Company upon the expiration or termination of your employment (or any post-employment consultation) so long as you do not thereby violate any term of this Agreement or the Confidential Information Agreement.
Notification of Employees A. Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff. Notices of layoff shall be served on employees personally at work whenever practicable. B. It is the intent of the parties that the number of layoff notices initially issued shall be limited to the number of positions by which the work force is intended to be reduced. Additional notices shall be issued as other employees become subject to layoff as a result of employees exercising reduction rights under Section 5. C. The notice of layoff shall include the reason for the layoff, the proposed effective date of the layoff, the employee's hire date, the employee's layoff points, a list of classes in the employee's occupational series within the layoff unit, the employee's rights under Sections 5. and 6. and the right of the employee to advise the County of any objection to the content of the layoff notice prior to the proposed effective date of the layoff.
Administrator Compliance Statement On or before ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year, commencing with the fiscal year ended March 31st immediately following the Closing Date, the Administrator shall deliver to the Issuer a statement of compliance addressed to the Issuer and signed by an authorized officer of the Administrator to the effect that (i) a review of the Administrator’s activities during the immediately preceding reporting year (or applicable portion thereof) and of its performance under this Agreement during such period has been made under such officer’s supervision, and (ii) to the best of such officer’s knowledge, based on such review, the Administrator has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects throughout such reporting year (or applicable portion thereof) or, if there has been a failure to fulfill any such obligation in any material respect, specifically identifying each such failure known to such officer and the nature and the status thereof. If the Administrator is the same party as the Servicer, such party’s compliance with Section 3.11(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement will satisfy the Administrator’s obligations set forth in this Section 1.21(b).
Employer Information The Employer shall supply full and timely information to the Administrator on all matters relating to the Executive’s compensation, death, Disability or Separation from Service, and such other information as the Administrator reasonably requires.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html . The service interval for the return of a Manual LMUSI is three (3) business days. Manual LMUSIs are not subject to expedite requests. This service interval is distinct from the interval applied to the subsequent service order.
