Employee Added to Extra Shift List. 1. A regular or temporary bid employee will be added to the extra shift and overtime lists of his/her new shift in seniority order and given the same charges as the next senior employee. If you are the most senior person you assume the hours of the person immediately below you in seniority. 2. An employee assigned off their regular bid shift for on the job training purposes will be added to the extra shift lists of his/her assigned shift in seniority order and given the same charges as the next senior employee.

The Plan for New Content will require the School, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers.
