Common use of Employee Address and Telephone Clause in Contracts

Employee Address and Telephone. Employees shall be required to keep the Board informed at all times as to their current address and telephone number. It is understood that any communication addressed to an employee at his/her last address on record with the Board shall constitute notice to the employee of the contents of such communication. Changes in address and telephone must be made known to the supervisor as soon as possible.
