Common use of EMPLOYEE ASSAULT Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE ASSAULT. Employees will be covered under any Board policy regarding employee assault. An employee who is injured as a result of unprovoked violence related to employment may, upon request, be sent home without loss of pay or sick leave credit for the remainder of the day.
