Common use of Employee Called as a Witness Clause in Contracts

NAV CANADA will grant: (a) leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by the Canada Industrial Relations Board, (b) where operational requirements as determined by NAV CANADA permit, leave without pay to an employee called as a witness by an employee or the Association.
