Common use of Employee Called as a Witness Clause in Contracts

Employee Called as a Witness. The Employer will grant leave with pay to a witness called by an employee, who is party to a grievance before an arbitration hearing, to attend the arbitration hearing. Where an and his Representative meet pursuant to Clause or Article in order to resolve a grievance, he shall be granted reasonable time off with pay.
