Employee Change of Address. It shall be the duty of the employee to notify the Employer promptly of any change of address or telephone number. The Employer shall not be responsible for failure to reach the employee if written notice of this change is not given.

Employee Change of Address. STATUS The employee shall notify their Supervisor and Human Resources in writing, of any change in the employees address or change in dependent status within one week of any such change.
