EMPLOYEE CHANGE OF ADDRESS/STATUS. The employee shall notify their Supervisor and Human Resources in writing, of any change in the employees address or change in dependent status within one week of any such change. The employee or the SEA shall save the Corporation harmless in any action resulting from the employee not making the required changes in records as noted above.
