Common use of Employee Classification Clause in Contracts

Employee Classification. 2.1 a) Probationary Employees are those who are hired with the understanding that they will become Regular Employees provided that during the Probationary Period of one hundred and ten (110) days worked, they exhibit the required ability and qualifications. Such period of time may be extended for an additional (110) days worked by mutual consent of the parties.
