Employee Classifications. 23.1 The Superintendent shall be responsible for developing and recommending to the Governing Board a position classification plan which provides for the standardization and classification of all positions in the classified service. The Board shall improve the plan as submitted, or modify it as it sees fit, and from time to time shall create, abolish or combine classifications as are necessary to maintain the plan.
