Common use of Employee Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Employee Confidentiality. 7.7.1 During the course of employment, the employee agrees not to divulge any of the affairs, secrets or ’confidential information’ of the Company or any other person, persons at any time without the written consent of the employer. 7.7.2 Upon termination of employment the employee agrees not to represent himself/herself as being in any way connected with or interested in the business of the Company.
