Employee Costs. the costs of the Recipient’s employees for projects eligible under the capacity-building category only – provided that the costs, on an annual basis, do not exceed the lesser of: • 40% of the Recipient’s annual allocation (i.e., the amount of CCBF funding made available to the Recipient by AMO under Section 5.5 of this Agreement); or • $80,000.
