Employee Health and Safety. A. When the University requires an employee to use or wear health or safety equipment, such equipment will be provided by the University. B. Any employee who becomes aware of a work related accident shall immediately notify the supervisor or the supervisor’s designee of the area where the incident occurred. C. When an employee believes an unsafe or unhealthy working condition exists in the work unit, the employee shall immediately report the condition to the supervisor or the supervisor’s designee.
