Common use of Employee Health and Safety Clause in Contracts

Employee Health and Safety. A. When the University requires an employee to use or wear health or safety equipment, such equipment will be provided by the University. B. Any employee who becomes aware of a work related accident shall immediately notify the supervisor or the supervisor’s designee of the area where the incident occurred. C.
