Employee Health and Safety. The Board and the Association affirm their commitment to provide a safe working environment for all employees. Therefore, in the event the health and safety of employees are at risk or could become at risk, employees shall be notified as soon as possible of the situation and the persons involved. Situations that may affect the employee's well-being may include, but not be limited to thefts, threats, assaults or instruments determined to be weapons.
